Christmas in the Philippines

If you are a Filipino you usually experience the Christmas and New Year’s Day with so much excitement. Christmas in the Philippines is a very important and special event for the Filipino. Basically, Filipino really celebrates Christmas though they don’t have enough money for the foods as long as their family stays together. During December month Filipino starts to decorate and plays Christmas songs. In the 16th of December they are starting to wake every 3am in the morning to go to church. This is basically one of the cultural ways for the Filipino people to complete the nine ritual mass. They believe that when they completed these rituals their wishes and dreams will come true.
Decorations are one of the accessories that Filipino likes to have in their houses. Whether small or huge Christmas tree they really want to have it. Those accessories include native Christmas ornament and Belen. Filipino people really like to celebrate Christmas with giving gifts activities.

The common foods that Filipino people love to eat during Christmas Eve are spaghetti, grill pigs, grill fish, desserts and native foods made by them. In fact Filipino is the one creating these entire foods. Christmas in the Philippines is one of the most enjoyable places all over the world.
