Bacolod City is one of the most popular cities in Negros because of its scenic and beautiful tourist spots. White sand beaches are one of the most visited places here in Bacolod. And because of that more and more white people want or even love to build their own home here. So much for that masskara festival is what they are celebrating every birth of their patron. The contestants will provide and parade their masskara made by them. Each of the masskara is unique. All of them are vibrant and colorful with many designs. This celebration is celebrated every year and this is the main reason why there are lots of people visiting here every month of October.
